I sometimes feel very stressful before any presentation?

stress is very common and also very normal to every people.stress can occur due to anxiety also.To remove your anxiety level before any presentation YOU can take the following steps:- 1. take deep breath . inhale and exhale 10 times deeply. 2. just tell your mind that---- right now i have no thoughts, no thoughts, no thoughts, ....except my presentation. 3. believe that you are going to present well . 4.remember one thing ---- NO NEGATIVE THOUGHTS CAN COME TO YOUR MIND WITHOUT YOUR PERMISSION. hope this helps. thanks
